If you are asking what is so special about me, I can say that I am simply just a woman who is lucky enough to experience a massive growth in my career and life until today. This site is a platform where I can share my knowledge, skills, and experience so that I can help and inspire other women out there.
Since child I always wanted to find and try new things even if it will hurt me. My curiosity was growing inside me and I could not resist it. I refused to be dependent to other people, and I like to lead people into some kind of activities that I will enjoy leading it. That was the time when I knew that I have a leadership quality inside me.
I took my first job as a Customer Service during my college year, and that was on my 1st year of college. Yes, I was working on shift by splitting my hours in college and work. Reason for it? I want to earn something for myself from my hard work and not dependent on my parents or anyone. That's when I know that I am a hustler type of person.
Even though I've had more than 5+ years experience around marketing and communication across various industries on corporate job, I felt something is missing. Until I took a leap of faith to work in startup which led me to experienced deeper knowledge and skills in business. My career continued to expand to Philippines where I led the business growth and expansion from scratch. This job awakens the entrepreneur spirit inside me. After a few years growing the business there, I decided to leave my job with courage and dreams to start my own journey.

By analyzing the situation and trends during the pandemic that time, I seized the opportunity to start DishServe - a branded chain of home kitchen. With my other co-founders, we have mission to help people who lose job and stay home to get back on their feet by providing them tools and ways to sell food easily from home without any hassle. Within couple of months we have 100 partners in Jakarta alone, and continues to grow.
My journey of transformation begin, from a corporate slaves to a person who take control of my own business and open the window of opportunities for others.
